Job Purpose | Strategic Key Account Manager - IMRES (Netherlands)
As a Strategic Key Account Specialist, you play a crucial role in growing, maintaining, and fostering long-term relationships with our key customers, including global health organizations. You lead strategic commercial efforts for complex LTAs and medical equipment portfolios, driving diversification and sustainable growth. Reporting to the Director of Technical & Strategic Accounts, with a dotted line to the Director Sales. This role is ideal for a proactive, results-driven professional passionate about making a meaningful impact on global healthcare.
Responsibilities and activities:
• Manage and expand strategic partnerships with key global clients (e.g. UNFPA), serving as the main point of contact and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships;
• Lead commercial strategy for complex product categories, including hospital furniture/equipment and medical devices(electrical), and identify new strategic opportunities to drive long-term growth;
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of high-impact projects and advise leadership on donor trends and procurement developments.
Your profile
• At least Bachelor (HBO) degree or equivalent working and thinking level;
• At least 5+ years of experience in an international commercial work environment, including managing global institutional clients and strategic LTAs.;
• You are available 32-40 hours per week;
• You have an excellent command of the English language;
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or global health supply industry is strongly preferred;
• You have excellent communication skills;
• You are resolute, you dare to take initiative and you are resistant to (time)
