Our Imres QA/QC team consists of a pharmacist and four pharmacist assistants. They take care of the overall quality system. Quality control is the instrument that determines and safeguards the quality of the products we deliver on a day to day basis. It ensures that products that arrive in our warehouse all comply to our pre-set product quality specifications and strict standard quality procedures. Quality control realizes this by checking each incoming product. Both physical as well as document inspections are conducted on the products. During storage in our warehouse, the shelflife and storage conditions of the goods are monitored to ensure the quality. The products are stored in a fully climatized warehouse.
For all products carrying the Holden Medical or HM Generics logo, QA/QC is responsible for the final results and for the monitoring of the multilingual labeling. For these products, reference samples are taken, and all incoming batches are analyzed by an independent laboratory to guarantee maximum safety for our products.
All activities of our quality control are in compliance with GMP, GDP and ISO 9000:2001.
