There are 6 people working in the shipping / export department. They all perform similar tasks for a number of clients. Each person has been assigned a number of regular clients.
Each order that comes in for this specific client is dealt with by the same person. In this way we safeguard that specific general wishes and needs of a customer are well-known and followed for each order.

Mr. Frank Staes is responsible for coordination of pending orders. From the moment a quotation becomes an order, he is responsible for tracking the incoming products for his projects. He ensures that orders leave our warehouse on time with the correct transport organization and the correct documentation and labeling.
Ms. Bea Helleman
