In 1980 Imres started out as a foundation, catering the needs of institutional organizations in the developing world, as well as to NGO’s and UN organizations.
Develop high service degree
For the first ten years we developed a very high service degree to fulfill the ever changing and challenging needs of the customer. We were one of the first to assemble the, in those days called, WHO Emergency Health kit.
Change from foundation to commercial company
From 1990 onwards we changed from a foundation to a commercial company. During this process we maintained loyal to our basic principles: to service our customers with the highest degree, always providing tailor made solutions to the needs of the customer.
We have grown considerably, both in size as well as in activities. Imres has grown from a wholesale company to a worldwide distribution and manufacturing company based in Holland and India.
